Call the charity and ask them if they have any cars available for sale to the public. But you have to understand that very few of these charities sell cars as a retail business. That’s not what they do with these cars. They don’t have the time or the resources to run a used car lot. They generally sell them to the wholesalers, at the auction or take them directly to the recycler.
